“Excellent service provided and rooms were very clean”

“Third rate rooms with old, ugly looking furniture, poor internet connection. Lousy service. No one at front desk in late evening or early morning—staff are sleeping and don’t like waking up. Photos on website are deceiving in making rooms look better than they are. ”

“Arriving at the hotel was a 5-Star experience. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team! They are amazing on all levels. Friendly, do a great job in the room and kind. At the front door the gentleman was super. Always there with a great way about him. He makes you feel welcome with his friendly attitude AND safe. The kitchen team could use a little work. One girl had a weird attitude and not a waitress type feel to her. Maybe because I didn’t speak with local language. The guys were on it……

While the food on offer was excellent both in restaurant and room service, the breakfast could be more innovative by offering a greater choice of fruit and cereals. Top of the marks has to be the excellent staff from room cleaning to waiters and the front desk. Shows that the management do a super job! A……

“I was bringing my family for the first time to India and Rajkot. Our stay at the Marasa Sarovar portico was a memorable one. We had arrived after a very tiring trip and we were exhausted. We arrived in the early hours and although the check in time was 2 pm, the front desk assistant Sourabh made sure we were taken good care of and we had a early check in. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. Very clean hotel and well maintained. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Rooftop restaurant……
