I stayed at Unscripted Durham for one night while in town for the Chris Brown concert. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable and simple stay. The location is definitely a plus. It’s within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops, which made it really convenient. Parking is $25 per night, but you do get unlimited in-and-out access, so that was nice. The room itself was pretty basic but did exactly what it needed to do for a short stay. Nothing overly fancy, but comfortable and clean. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for a quick trip or concert weekend.

Overall a nice stay. Will come back. A member of front desk staff (on check-in) had personal grooming that was too casual for the quality of this property.
