The house is located a quiet street that is centrally located in the Raleigh-Durham triangle. There is plenty of eating and shopping options within minutes. In addition to the central HVAC system that functions well, the prime bedroom has a split A/C unit for just that room so it is easy to set the temperature at night for sleeping. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. There is a large TV and good internet service. This house is roomy enough for a family, but, we prefer separate bedrooms and bathrooms for an extended stay, which this was. There is a nice deck with a roof in the back with a private, wooded view. The neighborhood is quiet and is in close proximity to shopping, greenways and parks. Morrisville is a nice place to live. Cary, Apex and Raleigh are quite nearby and the RDU airport is very close.
