While we were getting settled after arrival, we noticed the A/C wasn't working. The owners were quick to try to help us troubleshoot, but unfortunately the A/C unit was broken. The owners were able to get a couple of window units in place. They were so fast to help and so kind in their response. That made a difficult situation easier, and we greatly appreciated that.
