1. Home Description: This is a beautiful townhome less than a year old in the heart of RTP. This has around 2400 sq ft, its located 10 mins from RDU, RTP, Duke, Downtown, Brier-Creek & South-Point Malls & 20-25 mins from UNC, REX, WAKEMED (Raleigh & Cary). In-Unit Laundry with Washer & Dryer on the third Floor. You can Park your car on driveway. Please lock your vehicle as owners/property managers are not responsible for your personal belongings of theft inside or outside the house.
The Bedrooms comes with Bedroom Set, Bedsheets, Comforter, Pillows etc.
Door Lock- It’s Key-Less Entry. You will be provided with a door Lock Code to enter the premises after your booking.
2. Household supplies Kitchenware/Pots and Pans, Plates, Bowls, Dinnerware, Nespresso/Breville/Keurig Coffee Machine, Toaster, Towel, Bedsheets, Comforters, Pillows, Some Cleaning Supplies, Vacuum Cleaner etc.
3. Are there any rules related to guests? Yes, Total Guests allowed is 10 Guests including kids/toddlers.
4. Kitchen Utensils are provided for 8-10 People, Kitchen equipped with Kitchen Appliances - Gas Range, Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator, Garbage Disposal. - Coffee Area with Nespresso/Breville Coffee Machine & Breville/Buydeem Toaster provided - Dining area with a Dining Set (6 Chairs + 1 Table)
5. Appliances Comes with Like New Washer & Dryer along. The electric panels are located in the Garage & Network Closet is on the Main Floor(2nd Floor) near staircase. - Washer Detergent is ONLY POD / Liquid Detergent to be used, No Powder to be used. - With Every Dryer Cycle the lint needs to be cleaned.
6. Garbage There is a weekly Trash Collection by GFL. Guest needs to take out the trash on TUESDAY EVENING and bring them back inside the garage by WEDNESDAY EVENING. Leaving it out for over 24 Hours is an HOA violation. Trash Collection Day is every Wednesday & Recycle Collection is every other week on WEDNESDAY.
Note: Guests are required to bring the Trash Bin back inside Garage if the Trash Bins are outside on the curb before Check In.
7. Parking You can park your cars on the driveway. Parking on Street is strictly not allowed. If towed, it’s on Guests to find out and pay the penalty. Generally Two Vehicles per home is allowed. If you have more, please contact us.
8. CHECK IN No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone if you download the app or else using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay after the booking to be used on the Keypad for entry.
9. Indoor (Heated) and Outdoor Pool You will be provided with a key fob to have access to the Gym - 24/7. Heated Indoor Pool (82 - 84 Degrees) 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Outdoor Pool - Sun Up to Sun Down (Starts May 13th) and other areas like Soccer, Basketball, Base Ball Tennis, Soccer, Club House, Ping Pong, Billiards, etc.
10. Noise Ordinance - Noise Ordinance starts after 9:00 PM. Frequent opening of Main door is prohibited after 9:00 PM.
11. Favorite Local Restaurants Within 5-7 mins several restaurants inside Briercreek Mall & SouthPoint Mall.
12. Groceries Next couple Blocks to PUBLIX (Less than 1 Mile).
13. Other points of interest Please check local guide. There are Parks, Beaches, Mountains within 3-4 hour drive
14. Guesting is not allowed. Only listed people on the Reservation are allowed and must meet the max guest numbers.
15. Smoking/Vaping/Drugs/Party/Noise/PETS inside house is strictly not allowed. If any of these are found or complained by neighbors, the Guests will incur a penalty of $1000.
16. Weapons inside/outside the premises and inside Cars are not allowed.
17. Dishwasher Detergent - Dishwasher POD/Detergent is provided for first few days. Please do not use a different kind but same kind of detergent as provided. It has to be Liquid or Pod, No Powder detergent allowed.
