Worked well for us
Overall, the property was fine for our needs and we found it to be as described. Location was excellent, near to supermarkets, drug stores and restaurants. There was an an intermittent problem with tiny ants in kitchen on counter. Some of the cookware (frying pans) was pretty old and worn. Again,overall we were pleased.

Retreat
We ended up calling this our Durham Home. It was the perfect place for my husband and I to retreat after his daily cancer treatments at the Duke Cancer Center.

Perfect for us...son snd his family live close by....nice master suite on ground floor so we can bring great grandma with us to visit from Ohio. Great Durham location overall. Clean, well appointed, always has everything we need! Thanks again!
