"The cleaning staff - Aditya did a very good job at keeping out room spotless everyday and providing all the amenities when requested. The Arbor Kitchen staff also served our breakfast , dinner and deinks very well. Thanks to Mr. Jaykumarfor attending us everyday during our breakfast and dinner meals. Also thanks to Mr.Ankur , Mr. Abhishek for serving and making us special drinks. As well as shout out to Mr. Vaibhav."

"Towels put in room were teared ones. Also, milk creamer was expired. Just imagine eating it and then suffering from food poisoning. Who is going to pay for the above things? Also the persin at the checkin counter in tbe evening was quite rude."
