"Very beautiful hotel, smell good which is important in India, very efficient and good service, welcoming, nice breakfast. We were disappointed only with one matter, we booked also dinner, there were no guests at dinner and the kitchen was bed as well as the unprofessional staff, we asks to cancel the dinner for the following days, and they had no flexibility at all to cancel which is weird in my view. We pay for dinners but went out to restaurants. Very upset about that."

Cleaning staff were excellent too, took every measure to make sure our stay was comfortable. Lot of activities for kids- they loved and enjoyed the stay. Overall, very pleasing experience. "We stayed at this hotel from 31/07/25 to 03/08/25 and had a wonderful experience. The ambience and décor are truly amazing…you have to see them in detail to fully appreciate the beauty. The rooms are spacious with a very good shower. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and respectful, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and we chose to have dinner at the hotel as well. The food was delicious, with a traditional style that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, a memorable stay with warm hospitality and excellent service."
