The rooms were very humid and there was no way to get the thermostat to be a warmer temperature to dry out the room. The staff are pleasant and tried to be accommodating. The front lobby should be cleaner.

Hotel was good. The parking garage was a major issue. We parked two cars there. My daughter called to get her car prior to work on the morning and they couldn’t locate her car/ it took 20-25 mins and she was late for work. Hotel was good but would not recommend the parking garage

The hotel was very clean, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, so we didn’t even need to use our car.
It was also close to many famous landmarks, making it easy to walk around.
The staff were very friendly, and everything was perfect.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The customer service is by far the best we have EVER received at any stay at any hotel the we have been too!!!! The staff is amazing and super friendly!! Always had smiles on their faces:) We would definitely book here again!!!

"I only stayed one night here, the staff was very nice. My room was huge. It had a nice living room area separate from the bedroom. They also had a nice kitchenette area as well. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and everything was stocked well. I didn’t do the breakfast buffet so I don’t know ..."
