“The property was filthy, didn’t see anyone to complain to we collected the key from a building across the road. I have never stayed anywhere so dirty it can’t have been cleaned for months, one window was screwed shut and it was really hot. I have taken photos, I had to buy wipes to wipe over the surfaces but I didn’t do the floors which were also filthy.”

“Reception was not manned with a sign to proceed to the bar upstairs which was also empty. Someone came who said he would get someone but he returned 10 min later and had to chase again. His colleague arrived 5 min later. He showed us to a 3rd floor room which was still being cleaned. The room was very hot due to the weather and the air conditioning unit on the wall did not work. None of the windows opened and one was actually sealed shut. We were shown a room on the 1st floor. Again air……
