Botany Bay Tours

Check in was awful. I booked 6 weeks prior and was traveling in other location one week prior. The immediate confirmation was vague about contacting just prior to check in for more info. Usually you receive another email a day or 2 before checkin with further directions, but this did not happen. When I called I was told I needed to use WhatsApp to communicate. This is not a common app to use in the U.S. unless you use it to text/call internationally a lot. So after a lot of hassle and a couple of unsuccessful attempts to send id, I just downloaded the app and communicated through there/uploaded passport and did talk to a knowledgeable rep. The place itself was nice enough though. Location was convenient,, safe, and fairly quiet. I’d stay again.

We really liked our stay here, it was a nice location and the air conditioning in the July heatwave was amazing. When we stayed it seemed like there was just some updates made on the room and it was still a little unfinished but I think that will improve in time as the room is empty and they can do finishing touches! It was nice and clean!

The location was great. It had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer.
