I think he knew that and was very kind!! The woman doing the breakfast was also very sweet and made sure we had what we needed. ”

“This was the worst check in experience I’ve had at any hotel. The desk person couldn’t find our reservation and called the manager, who was sleeping. We arrived later than expected with unexpected delays during our 15 hour trip. The system apparently automatically cancelled our reservation without notice- we arrived within a half hour of the system updating. The manager refused to work with Expedia to coordinate our refund so we could rebook. We wanted to stay, but the manager, Jon Peterson, was……
