Lots of nice detail in the furnishings, everything needed in the room, lots of places to sit and hang out inside and outside, good food, great bread, very friendly staff, great recommendations for activities, nice pool.

The Schattenburg castle has three things to offer: an interesting museum, a fine restaurant - they have the largest schnitzel in the land - and a grand view over middleeavel Feldkirch. Take the 'Beggarsstairs' - it once was home to the city's poor as well - to the left from this view, across/under path the road. Worth the climb! http://www.schattenburg.at/
