Paid for breakfast for two days but realized later that we would not be able to eat breakfast on day 2. Tried to get a refund but was informed that they will credit me the parking but it was less than breakfast and they would not reimburse the difference.

The friendly, professional and organized staff was everything at this hotel. The awesome staff helps one overlook the worn but clean and cared for spaces. We were a large and demanding group (20 people) but they treated us all fairly every time. In our experience this was the best service we have ever experienced travel with this world wide travel group for the past 20 years.

The Koi pond was so cute and the Castle Rooms very comfortable.

Very nice boutique hotel, very clean, amazing restaurant with delicious food and attentive service. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate with a variety of yogurts, eggs, meats, juices and wonderful teas. We enjoyed the customizable bread basket! Dinner was equally delicious. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. Only issue was parking lot is a bit small and guests have to pay for underground parking when restaurant patrons take up parking lot spaces. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Stuttgart which was nice, accessible location without being in the city. There are walking trails close by as well.

Our first room wasn't suitable for us, bed was too small, heating wasn't working, no wifi. Receptionist gave us a different room and she personally accorded us to the new room to make sure everything was good for our needs. Location is excellent, also, direct hotel access to closed parking garage ...
