Ho dovuto aspettare un po'per entrare, non essendoci receptionist fisso in hotel, una volta entrata e presa la camera le pecche si sono presentate una dopo l'altra: luce del bagno non funzionante, niente sapone in bagno, condizionatore presente ma non funzionante, televisore con sky ma con solo un canale memorizzato (quindi, inutile). A chi pernotta consiglierei di portarsi un computer per guardare fiilm o intrattenersi, o un buon libro, e un po' di sapone sicuramente. Per il resto, secondo me ci vorrebbe un receptionist fisso che stia sempre in hotel in modo da controllare quello che manca o che non funziona, e soprattutto per rispondere al citofono che alle 23:00 di sera ha cominciato a suonare all'impazzata, poiché non c'era il ragazzo a rispondere. Potreste fare di meglio.

Delightful and refreshing stay

The building is beautiful, comfortable, and clean and the owner went well out of her way to accommodate our travel schedule. It is in a quiet neighborhood and the property itself, very secure. Our stay also included cappuccino and pastries at a delicious local cafe.

Service et propreté décevants + Accueil à revoir

Logement à proximité du centre ville (à 10 min à pied). Chambre spacieuse et calme. Toutefois, le service de nettoyage laisse vraiment à désirer lorsqu'on reste plusieurs nuits (salle de bain non nettoyée, douche bouchée, poubelle non vidée, lit non fait). Le petit déjeuner n'est pas buffet : on doit constamment demander ce qu'il nous manque (beurre, café, sucre...). Pas de frigo/mini bar, pas de coffre fort dans la chambre (comme indiqué). Même si on ne demande pas aux hôtes d'avoir fait l'école hôtelière, il y a un minimum requis pour le sens du service, pour la propreté et pour l'accueil d'un B&B. Nous avons téléphoné à la direction qui semble faire la sourde oreille. Nous ne recommandons pas.

Bed & Breakfast très confortable, très calme. Petit déjeuner copieux en libre service. Un peu difficile à trouver, il n'y a pas de signe extérieur bien visible. Nous sommes arrivés très tard, vers 22h ayant réservé seulement une heure avant : la porte était close, personne pour ouvrir. Nous avons dû téléphoner, et très rapidement le gérant est venu pour nous accueilir. A part ce petit incident tout était très bien, beau cadre, bon lit, etc. Ce n'est pas familial, mais c'est très bien. Un seul conseil : il faudrait fournir un verre à dent et un tapis de bain.

No pulito!!!

Purtroppo devo lasciare una recensione negativa..... bagno sporco. ...capelli e peli dei precedenti ospiti. ..nemmeno il cestino della spazzatura era svuotato! !! Vengo spesso a ravenna per studi ma non credo di tornare piu in questa struttura! !!

Convenient location

The check in process was confusing. Expedia listed the need to contact the provider 24 hours beforehand to confirm arrival stating there was not a reception desk at the property. We could not locate an email address and the phone number provided diverted to music whenever we called with no option to leave a message. We turned up to the location after travelling a full day by train to find a high security fence, we still could not call the property. People exiting the property would not let us in or help us. Luckily after several buzzings there was someone on the property that came to help us and there was a reception desk on site, it was very stressful. We had attempted to cancel one night of our stay weeks ago but couldn't due to the no cancellation policy. We informed the check-in staff we would only be staying one night in the property/Ravenna, they still insisted we pay two night's city tax for two people! The lift was broken so we had to lug our suitcases up and down a spiralled staircase, one of our travellers had a back problem. Our room was a dark basement with all the windows boarded up, the guest wifi did not work there, which we informed reception. There were other wifi networks that the hotel had that showed up there that we were not offered to use. Should not advertise wifi if it is not available, we would have stayed elsewhere as we needed to use it. The room was large, clean and reliable heating and hotwater, walking distance to attractions.

Nice stay in Ravenna

The hotel was nice, located in a nice neighboorhood, short walking distance to the city centre, easy to park the car and the breakfast was good. The minus was that we could hear all sounds outsside our room and it was difficult to sleep. The staff was not professional, otherwise we were satisfied with our stay.

Comfortable hotel 5 min. walk from historic centre

A nice bed and breakfast within easy reach of UNESCO sites and with modern accommodation. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms and ours had large balconies too. Free car parking was available in the street outside

lovely and spacious room

The hotel is about 15 minutes (walking and bus) from the train station, and a short 8 minute walk to the historic center. The room is spacious, the bathroom is huge, and the room also includes a balcony. The breakfast was also good.

Spacious and fresh

I was surprised by the quality and size of the room that included a big balcony and closet. It was extremely clean and new, and yet also friendly as a very small family hotel. It was only a few minutes to the best basilica in Ravenna.
