“Our stay at the Timber Riverhouse was amazing! Vacations for us are all about the outdoors and this home did not disappoint. “My family and I loved our stay. This cabin had everything we needed and more. One thing we do wish we had was fans in the upstairs rooms, as we stayed in the summer time and it did get quite hot up there. The owners were very helpful, and amazing with communication. “I absolutely loved my stay at the Red Cottage and it is my favorite place that I've stayed while visiting Wilmington. Peaceful, plenty roomy, less than 10 minutes to town and even closer to the lake. I have Celiac so have to bring items like a toaster to avoid cross-contamination but the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The team was super responsive even before my stay. Highly recommend and look forward to my next visit! ”

“Overall the stay was okay. I am generally not a complainer, and have stayed in many rental properties. I was initially upset about the condition of the place, but I got used to it. It seems like the place is old and not well kept up. The inside of the house has a bad odor, also the septic smelled bad, so we had to keep the slider to the deck closed. “This is a beautiful house. It is located right near the golf course and is a walk to town/campus. The house is immaculate- equipped with anything you need and is incredibly spacious. The host was terrific- easy to communicate with and although we did not bring dogs, it does allow them. We will definitely hope to stay there again on our next trip to Williamstown!”
