It is a very short trip with family. The room is big for 4 people, the location is also good, close to Metro, only 4 stops to Rokin station if you want to do some shopping.

Great place

Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design.

Good things: spacious room, located in a safe area, allowed early check in after early morning flight Other comments: 1) there was fire alarm in an early morning, though it was finally found out as an false alarm, many people went down to the lobby area as there were no announcements in English telling the hotel guests what happened. This was quite scary in the early morning. Hotel staff explained that she was busy answering calls , I would suggest more training to be provided to the staff to handle the situation /serve customers. 2) the washbasin and toilet was clogged 3)after house keeping, no replacement towels were provided
