“I would not recommend staying at Adonis Hotel in St. Maarten. The property is very run down and in poor condition. Our first room had a strong mold smell, and although we were switched to a second room, it still smelled musty and had visible mold in the corner and around the air-conditioning unit. The only somewhat positive aspect is the lobby, which has been renovated, but even that felt cheaply done and shabby, with things like light switches painted over. While both rooms we stayed in were……

“Location is good wasn’t far from Mullet beach and had nearby restaurants. The hotel is very dated but the staff were friendly.”

“The Good: The Staff was very helpful and the location was in very nice spot with Beach that was in the perfect spot to take pictures of planes landing and local businesses in walking distance increased the overall experience. This property is also truly an all-inclusive The Bad: Beware this isn't an Adults Only resort, other than your room and two of the restaurants on the property everywhere else has full families walking around. All the areas that you would want to relax/eat/hangout at will……

“We had a wonderful stay at Mary's Boon. The lush landscaping and all the natural beauty on property made it feel like we were in a tropical forest, while being right next to the landing strip and getting to watch planes take off and land. The bar and restaurant being on property were so helpful to have and the staff was friendly & kind. Really can't complain and would gladly go back.”

“Alexia and La Toya were incredibly helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The housekeeping staff were also kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, the beach, and many other attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Baker's Suites will always be my number one choice when visiting SXM!”
