“We did not stay because the hotel was flooded, had roaches and was moldy.”

“This property needs to be shut down and completely revamped. There was little to no water pressure in the showers. The following day absolutely no water. The towels felt like sandpaper. There was a solid wood panel under the sink that was not properly secured that fell on my feet whilst using the sink. They advertised hot tubs in the room and there was none. The AC did not get cold even when temperature turned all the way down. The breakfast was scrambled eggs with one piece of bacon,……

“The place was extremely clean, safe and tranquil.. I honestly have no complaints. Nicco and his family were so welcoming and amazing throughout my stay. The breakfast pastries provided in the morning were absolutely delicious as well. Best sleep ever.💯 One of my favorite parts was that you literally walk out of your room straight onto the beach, which made the experience even more relaxing and beautiful. I will definitely be back! “The resort is beautiful and quiet. The beach is very small but it’s clean. The restaurants are good. The rooms could be clean better. Some of the staff makes you feel unwanted mainly the housekeeping staff. If the beach was bigger and some entertainment I would definitely return back to the resort.”

Privacy was very limited due to the popularity of the beach club and the loungers right outside our window, however I was ok with it given the gorgeous view and the large windows. The neighbouring restaurant had loud club music late at night that I could hear, and was required to put AirPods in to drown out the noise. Perhaps ear plugs would be nice as an amenity. There wasn’t a coffee machine in the room (I didn’t realize only specific rooms offered a machine) so I……
