"My wife and I stayed for eight weeks from mid December to Mid February, 2023. Pros: great view, clean, easy check in, very little bugs. Cons: very loud noise from planes from 7am - 8PM. Music is very loud at Sandbar and Mykonos. Mykonos has loud techno music till 3am on weekends, can't sleep, noise from the stressed out animals below from all the noise. It took three weeks to get a toilet paper holder, cook top was broken, microwave was broken and replaced with small one in Spanish(not dutch or...

"Property was great! Very comfortable. Did not have gate access code for beach, blow dryer or any beach chairs which would have made experience much better. Very comfortable "

"The property is in a great location. Within walking distance to alot of restaurants and shopping. We also walked to Maho Beach and Mullet Bay Beach, both breathtaking! Kaya shared fresh fruit and juice with us and was very welcoming. We enjoyed the sunset over the ocean from our back patio each night. We will definitely be back. "

"Showed up and someone else was in my room. Was then ‘given’ a room half the size and charged the same amount. Place was small and had no room to work, was there on business. Location was good and the room promised looked nice but I was stuffed into a small room half the size of the reserved room. Not happy with how this all turned out!!"

"The con itself is absolutely amazing the way it is laying out. The view is incredible. And it's convenient to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely go back. The only problem is the appliances are a little outdated. As in the cooktop/oven, the controls on the oven dissembles are pretty wore off and hard to understand or figure out."
