You definitely get what you pay for here. You may turn an eye to the facilities but 60% of staff were miserable to be working or servicing. The buffet had the worst with a few wait staff being rude or completely forgetting to bring you even water. That coffee shop, don’t ask for anything they look ...

Yes the room was neat and clean. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Nigel (at the front desk) gave us a memorable welcome greeting There should have been 2 complimentary bottles of water per guest each day during your stay.

We would love to return after the French do more to restore the island from hurricane damage. Also, we were unable to visit most of the french side because of ongoing demonstrations. Nettle Bay was not blocked from the Dutch side.
