“Personnel Tre désagréable , chambre sale”

“resort what’s clean and staff were nice. We were a little confused on how to get around the property and when we finally figured out, there was a shuttle and you would’ve called the shuttle would not come so that was a really big inconvenience as I stated before the resort is big and on hills but that location of this resort is a 10 out of 10 so I would stay here again.”

“The beach was the best place. The front desk staff were not helpful or courteous. Rooms are clean but old or dampness and had a/c was not working on last day!”

“First night, my wife was bitten a lot by mosquitos. I pointed it out the staff_all they can say that's normal to us. Our parking in the cabins is said to hold 4 vehicles. Again told the staff and asked if i can just park at the bottom. Being the property is on an uphill, it VERY dangerous to maneuver and park.”

“Loved the ground level room right off the beach, with foot wash and large private veranda. Kitchen amenities were great, they provide all the basic necessities (eg., sponge, dish soap, towels, beach towels, dinnerware, etc…).”

“This is a a great hotel - very clean, beautiful beach views and right in the middle of Orient Village. Excellent restaurant and just steps away from your room. And the staff is amazing. They are so kind and helpful. One day we needed a cab for a short ride and a hotel staffer said “it willl take ten minutes for a cab to get here. I will drive you myself.” I can’t say enough good things about the hotel staff.”

“Miriam and the gentlemen that checked us in and out were very friendly and polite. Rooms were very nice and clean and a great water view ! TV was spotty first three days but we later found out they were having issues with their new provider, it was fine after 3 days. A little more education on how the beach clubs worked would have been helpful. It would have been nice to know that the KKO Club was only open for breakfast before arriving as the website was a little misleading. Over all a……

“The room was clean but our unit was awfully hot! We had no ac, we complained about it to the staff for 2 nights straight. The 3rd night the put a portable ac. We were not accommodated for it and every last staff except 1 girl at the bar near the reception desk wasn’t rude. The guy that I believe that is the manager was very nonchalant but professional. I absolutely would not stay again.”
