"Arrived late evening after our condo rental fell through due to wrong building code and terrible customer service. Staff was incredibly kind and understanding of our situation and worked to find us a room with the amenities we were looking for. Stayed several nights and enjoyed the pool area, gym, and many good restaurants in the area. "

"Lovely condo with a view to the woods. Spacious for 4 adults. Beds were super comfy and the floor plan was great, with the living area separating the 2 bedrooms. We took advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. It was a hot weekend so we were very thankful for the A/C. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the condition of the shower door, which really needs replacing and some caulking. Overall we really liked the location which made for a quieter stay. We’ll go back...

"It was a relaxing and pleasant summer stay. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening, although a pool would have been a nice addition. The sound of the creek was nice, although ski resorts always seem to have loud construction during the summer and this also added to the soundscape. Good communication. Comfortable and nice. "

"This condo was beautifully decorated. It really has everything you need. The kitchen as very well equipped. The view and sound of the river below was so relaxing. It was a very easy and pretty walk to the market square where all the stores and restaraunts are. We enjoyed the summer concert series there. We would definately stay here again. "
"The unit we were given at the St James did not have Air Conditioning, this was not communicated on the Hotels.com property listing, Vail properties was able to move us to the Pines Lodge. The Unit at St. James was very dated and not cleaned properly, dirt in corners of bathroom, mirrors, ect..."

"Reed met me and made sure I was all set - gave me quick tour and made sure all quaternary answered. Great location- property was incredible, lots of room - amenities were beyond expectations- nothing ever broke or had problems during our stay. Probably of all the VRBO rentals I have done this was the best overall experience of them all and I have done many - that’s saying a lot. The beaver creek area is secluded but yet lots to do I highly recommend the area and renting from Reeds properties!"

"Excellent place for a small group. Clean and convenient to the village and the lifts. My only suggestion is that clearer instructions be given for how to ski to the lifts from the condo, and how to ski from the mountain to it. It really is ski-in/ski-out, but it's a bit hard to find the path without directions."
"Amazing last minute trip. This property was ideal for our family ski trip. Location was phenomenal. It was so easy to walk up to the lifts in minutes, especially with young kids. Ski valet was perfect as we were able to just drop off our skis on our way up to the room. Only negative was the steep parking fee each day. I wish parking was included. But overall an outstanding place!"

"great location to ski or be in the village!!clean and lots of room!!be sure you get a parking pass from the front desk of the community… it’s in the check in notes but it’s not bold and easy to skip over also we didn’t have towels and low toilet paper less than we were told for arrival. make sure you double check those things when you arrive.would definitely stay again with friends or our family!!"
"W dry one at front desk was warm, welcoming and gracious. All had knowledge of the area and were delighted to assist if needed with pointers to make our stay exceptional. Drena was tops and Kyle the manager never stopped making sure the facility is great shape. Rooms are well decorated, spacious and quiet. Wonderful spot for peace but close to all beaver creek has to offer. Stayed with family on ski vacation. Having 3 full baths in 2 bedroom condo with two 16 years boys was a total bonus.

"We had a great stay as a family of four with our 7- and 8-year-old. The master bedroom was comfortable, with a great mattress and pillows. Plenty of towels and toiletries were provided, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well-stocked with a Keurig, a coffee pot, and plenty of kitchenware. We also loved the hotel’s complimentary coffee, s’mores, and wine tasting—such a fun bonus! Check-in was smooth and friendly, and our room was very clean. The location is super close to the slopes, making it really convenient. The space was perfect for a family with younger kids who can sleep on the pullout bed. We’d definitely stay here again!"
