Room was very clean. The only drawback was it did not have a walk in shower. Do not need a tub if you have no kids. Breakfast was very good

I purchased a banana muffin from the coffee shop. The coffee was good but the muffin was ice cold. My husband got a breakfast burrito which he didn’t care for. He also liked his coffee. The prices were high.

People were nice in the breakfast area. Rooms were ok clean but could have been better.

The property and room were fine. The breakfast was slim. The main issue is the hotel charged my credit card after I had paid Expedia for the room 5 days in advance. I had a 40 minute chat with Expedia and another 20 minute phone call to resolve the issue. The Expedia agent told me the hotel had charged Expedia’s virtual card for the room, but the hotel couldn’t see it and charged my card too. That is totally unacceptable, and should have been between the property and Expedia. Maybe next time, the hotel will contact Expedia and actually solve the issues and not make it my problem. I am giving the property benefit of the doubt that they weren’t trying to scam me. Barely.

Hotel is beautiful, employees nice, accessible Starbucks, parking very convenient across the street, dinner was great. Room #1 had no hot water. Moved to room #2 which had hot water but shower head shook when turned on and it sounded like a freight train was on the other side of the shower.
