Overall, Hotel and staff were awesome. There were a few vagabonds outside the hotel at night that made the scene seem a little sketchy, but the hotel staff managed them well and all seemed safe and on welcoming. All in all, it was a great hotel and good value for the cost. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

At first I felt hesitant and skeptical about staying at this hotel because I have never heard of the name, but I think it is part of Super 8. So, I gave it a try since the price was right and it included breakfast. The lobby was clean and smells fresh, but the hallway towards my room, there was a smell of fainted cigarette smoke that was masked by air freshener. I nearly did not want to enter my room, but surprisingly when I entered, the room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff there were very accommodating, especially when I needed about half hour extended stay to clean up myself after my Sunday morning race. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I ever need a place to stay in Red Deer.

The property and the room was perfect. It was clean and the staff are very friendly. The hote was quiet and the rooms are well maintained. However in the parking there are couple of homeless roaming in front and asking for either money or cigarette. There is even one homeless lady asking if we have keys? she was able to pass by the frontdesk and went inside the elevator with us, which is kinda scary.. hopefully something can be done with this.

Was able to plug in my accessible can in the handicap parking stall and recharge the battery for my wheelchair lift - very nice. Great shower heads - nice beds, clean,crisp linens. Right next door to a Tim Hortons but they gave a very fine breakfast included and we for a weekend value deal ,-$78 for the night and two free breakies - what's not to like?

I liked the staff, they were friendly. The tub was partially blocked, but besides that it was fine. Oh and a suggestion for the breakfast would be to have hot sauce?

Clean, comfortable, excellent value. Breakfast room offered complimentary scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, breads, cereals, yogurts, teas and coffee, adding to that value. Staff was friendly and courteous -- not afraid to talk to you. Hospital across the road, so occasional mercy flight. Tim Horton's across the parking lot, DQ and Pizza 73 across the road too. Would go back..

For the price this was a great deal. Very clean hotel and rooms and it included a free hot breakfast. For $100 u cannot find a place this clean with free breakfast.

It was disappointing. Very dated and old, but clean. The carpet kinda grossed me out but I kept my shoes on. The area was horrible!!! Homeless people everywhere. I think there’s a homeless shelter across the street. I felt unsafe to go out at night. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Would stay there again...good location for us. Good rates. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, nice continental breakfast. Arrived late at night and there were some homeless type people hanging around the edge of the property.

Property well maintained. Staff polite and helpful. Did get our car clean out unexpectedly. Luckily nothing of value was taken, husband admits he may not have locked after having cigarette.

I had requested an upper floor room, I received email from the hotel that I had a fourth floor room reserved for us. When we arrived, we were assigned a second floor room. When I asked about the fourth floor room, that was confirmed by email, I was told that the fourth floor was completely booked and there was nothing they could do about it. Other concerns would be the state of the flooring which had burn marks all around the bed area, there was no microwave in the room and the ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of order had to us the one in the lobby.

The beds were very firm, but the pillows were comfortable. There was a mini fridge and coffee pot in the room, but there was no microwave. The lady in the front desk was very abrupt. I tried asking a question, but she just went on with her speech, about the property and then answered my question, but she did tell us that the next time we come for a medical appointment, we could get a discount, if we booked directly with Super 8. Our bathroom had a ball of dust in the corner, which shows me that it hasn't been dusted in a long time and our sink took a long time for the hot water to come through.I liked how close it was to my mother's eye specialist and the close proximity (walking distance in the same parking lot) to Tim Hortons was a bonus. It was easy to park and there were lots of spaces. It is also close to lots of shopping areas and restaurants. The room was very quiet, as we didn't hear anything from the hallway or other rooms, but with the close proximity to Gaetz Ave. the traffic was very busy.

The room was so clean !!! The hotel was very quiet and the staff was great !! Breakfast was continental but was good. We will definitely make this our regular go too for Red Deer!!

The staff were great and helpful. The only complaints I had was the remote had dead batteries, the shower didn’t work right and the water temperature didn’t get past luke warm. (Probably due to the shower not working right). I did bring it up to the staff and they thanked me for making them aware. The free breakfast was small but good and the coffee was kept fresh.

The room smelled of rancid sour meat. There were visible stains on the carpets. The shower sometimes worked while other times the water mostly came out of the faucet. Bathroom fan so filthy it wouldn’t hold up a Kleenex. But the Beds were comfy
