It's secluded and quiet. It was clean, and well taken care of. It is quite a drive back to the cabin so expect that if you book. It's not a short drive to anything, probably 45 minutes just to the post in red feather lakes. There is no AC, and we had a little furnace malfunction while we were there. Not the owners fault, things happen but it was warm inside due to this. Also there was a mitigation crew chopping down trees with chainsaws directly in front of the cabin. So we were in a work zone. Again, not the owners fault just bad timing. Overall it was a nice cabin if you're planning on not going anywhere except to fish. I would recommend it if you are there to relax, sit on the porch, and maybe do a little hiking and fishing on your trip. ##### Michalyn M. It was even better than I expected. Delightfully remote, but easy to get into Crystal Lake/Red Feather Lakes. Impressively tidy and clean and well equipped.
