"My daughters and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was mostly clean (a few dirty items in the kitchen, but not a big deal) and comfortable. The area is very cute and quiet. The only complaint was that the hot tub was not usable...the water looked filthy and there were no instructions for how to use the firepit (although that may have been due to a fire ban). Other than that, it was comfortable and cute and I would highly recommend. :)"

"A hidden gem in the AZ desert!!! Firstly, it may be a little studio, but it packs a great punch - FULLY equipped oasis. Secondly, the cleanliness and organization of the place satisfied my semi-OCD. Lastly, the hummingbirds that hang out on the patio are so MAJESTIC. 10/10 truly recommend!"

"lots of pots and pans. few dishes, one bowl, one of the two lights was out in the kitchen.
i do not know or recall if the reviews stated there were outside stairs to climb to get to unit. no outside light for the stairs at night.. rope lights would have been nice.
t.v. had limited reception. do not know if it was all over or just this unit.
king bed and heater were great.
shower was good and a view out the kitchen windows was very nice also. unit was quiet and clean, shared patio area was...

"This is a very cute apartment. We arrived late but Dan was very accommodating - he even started a fire so we could sit outside and enjoy the stars. Some little things that would make a difference: dust before guests arrive especially if vacant awhile, bathroom needed a bathmat, hand towels and bar soap (there were plenty of bath towels and shampoo & conditioners), and try to eliminate the flies... there were several pesky flies and no swatter."

"The casita was great, everything we needed and so much character with the decor. Wish my trip was longer so I could hang outside in the hammock.. We happen to stay during Verde Days, we were able to walk to the festival and to dinner each night from the casita! Everything was super clean, no problems!"
