The facility was very conveniently located. Good shopping and activities. Even on rainy days, small children can have fun in the facility. The rooms were usable like a home away from home for a long stay. The supermarket and gas station are conveniently located about 5 minutes away. Each vortex is only about 15 minutes away, which was really helpful.

Staff of entertainment area where we picked up golf clubs and other equipment, DVDs were very friendly. Front desk staff not so friendly, they were good and competent, just not the warm and friendly type one would expect from resort like this. Rooms were good, kitchens were good.

This resort is located in a fantastic location, within walking distance of several great restaurants and shops. Beautiful views, too. Our spa experience was wonderful although the spa itself lacked the “razzle dazzle” in regards to space and decor. Our room was nice and spacious but the furniture, flooring, appliances, and decor were very outdated and tired looking, and it wasn’t the cleanest. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’d say this hotel feels old and run down and could use some renovations, but overall it was a nice place to stay for the weekend.

The pool, hot tub and fitness facility was impressive for a resort. They also offered fitness and yoga classes. Laundry was free which was also very nice.
