"My family loved this beautiful 3 bedroom condo overlooking the eagle river. The home was fresh, clean, and well appointed. We parked in the garage with easy access to the elevator. The location was outstanding. We were just a five minute drive to Beaver Creek’s Bear parking lot. The condo was right next door to downtown Edwards where we could get groceries, visit. Ski shop and eat ice cream! The condo was right on the eagle river bike trail where we could ride into Avon, Vail, or even up to Vail pass. I can’t wait to come back in the summer! "

"Check in was seamless and the house was easy to find. The host answered all questions quickly. The location was a perfect home base for our skiing at Beaver Creek (7 min drive) and Vail (15 min drive). There was plenty of room for our family of six. The home is spacious and modern and the kitchen was well stocked. Would happily stay again the next time we are in the area. "

"The location of the home was wonderful, but the overall condition and experience was less than stellar.Upon arrival the home was 62-degrees, by morning the common areas were down to 60-degrees and 2 of bedrooms were 54-degrees. We notified mgmt but it took 18 hours before the problem was resolved forcing us to use the multiple space heaters the home had to bring the temperature to an acceptable level, which tells me the owner/mgmt knew there was a heating issue. Further, the cooktop would not ignite, the living room furniture was disgustingly dirty, remaining furniture throughout the home was mismatched and old, mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the driveway was very icy causing our SUV to slide into a ditch along side the driveway and the hot tub was supposed to be 50’ away, per VRBO, but we were never able to locate. Mgmt refund a portion of the rent amount, but considering the numerous issues we encountered, the refund amount was not acceptable; mgmt declined to refund the additional amount requested. Bottom line, we will not return to this rental and future renters should look elsewhere! "

"This was the perfect house for our group of 7 guys. Plenty of room for us to spread out. The shuttle bus service stopping at the house made getting to and from the slopes so convenient. This is the 4th time we have stayed at this house. We plan on returning again next year. "
