Our stay was wonderful at this property! It was the perfect amount of room for our large group. The littles said it was their favorite to have their own living room separate from adults. The owners were easy to contact when I reached out to them. And the property is basically a center location for all the things we were able to slam into 3 nights. Everything was clean and had everything that we needed, and the A/C worked wonders in the 105 temperature. The house was very clean and decorated charmingly. The layout was good for everyone to have their own space (family of 4). We stayed here for our visit to the water park, and it was less then a 10 minute drive to get there, so it was perfect! This weekend was horribly hot and the air conditioner in the hotel conference room didn't work as it was almost 80 degrees during the retreat. It was SO nice to come into the house and have everything clean and relaxingly cool. Shasta etc. This place was just perfect for our party of 10\. We enjoyed the space and the cleanliness, which is very important factor for me. The host was really nice, very responsive, and prepped everything in advance so we could make dinner for our first night. There’s also washer and dryer in the unit, which was really convenient. Location wise, it’s close to everything, from Tesla charging station to Safeway, Target, and restaurants, too. It’s about an hour or so drive to all of the attractions that we wanted to go to. Location was close to just about everything in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfy, house was comfortably warm even when it was cold out. Our only suggestion might be to have some simple basic additions to the kitchen: dish towels for drying, salt, and more smaller juice glasses.
