Super Spacious Rustic Getaway Enjoy 4 bed 3 bath 4 living/dining rooms + pool

Enjoy this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious house. Take advantage of the 2 living rooms and 2 dining rooms.
Update - The house has 4 bedrooms but due to city regulations, I am only able to legally rent 2 rooms at a time.
There are 5 adults allowed - Children are available to say in addition.
Update - The pool is finally available!
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to shopping and restaurants, Bethel, and Sacramento River.

I love pets and have made this option available for our guests. In order to maintain the cleanliness for the next guest, I do require a $65 pet fee. If you clean up after your pet and our cleaning crew does not have to do extra work, I do not mind refunding the fee. It is only there to ensure a clean environment for our next guests. A $500 fee will be charged for any pets not paid for in advance.

Great spot for Lassen NP trip
Pros: very spacious, lots of natural light, plentiful supplies of laundry detergent, kitchenware, coffee, towels, toiletries. There was even a pool, which was a hit with my teens, and it wasn’t even advertised!! Neighborhood was very quiet, and there is easy access to all kinds of restaurants and grocery shopping. Don was easy to communicate with and a great host. Cons: this is an older house, which could probably use some remodeling, but everything worked well and we were quite comfortable. The front and backyards are not maintained but that did not bother us because we used the home as a base for exploring Lassen Volcanic National Park and the waterfalls along Highway 89. Overall, this is a very comfortable house in a great location and is very affordable. We would do it again and would recommend it for anybody interested in going to Lassen or visiting Reading. Thank you Don.

Great location for Redding area attractions
We visit Turtle Bay, Shasta Dam, Burney Falls, and friends in town. This was the perfect location for our trip. The house was very clean and spacious. There were 8 of us and our younger granddaughters had plenty of open space to run around. There are several tables that allow for different games being played at the same time.

Quiet neighborhood
The home is big and roomy. The living room is cozy with comfy sofas. There is a sitting area where I could read in front of a gas fireplace. We didn't use the fireplace but it's nice to look at. It would be great for a whole family and wonderful for just the two of us.

perfect for our needs
This home is large and perfect for a group! The location is close to everything we needed but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. My husband and I stayed and only used 1 of the 4 bedrooms. the beds are comfortable and the linens nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. we enjoyed the cozy family room with the TV off the kitchen where we spent most of our down time. Don was very helpful and accommodating we appreciated his quick response to our questions. We will stay again at Dons home if its available!
