“Had a lovely 2 night stay in granary cottage. Set in lovely private grounds. The cottage was very spacious, clean, eqipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Owners are very friendly and helpful and very prompt with any request you may have. We would definitely stay there again!”

“Very pretty and had all we needed for self catering. Maybe a baking sheet, smaller saucepan and a baking dish would have been useful - not a big deal!Lovely to be next to the beck, loads of birds to watch and interesting places to visit.Drive from The Tan Inn to Hawes not for the faint hearted, narrow and very steep.Noticed a funny mark in the oven which I couldn't clean so emailed the office and someone came the next day to clean it - excellent. “What an amazing find! we were walking the dales way and had walked from Appetreewick that day, we arrived later than expected. The snug was perfect. checking in was simple and made really easy with great communication. what a lovely property, really well decorated, warm and super clean. really appreciated the crumpets and fruit and loved the bed what a treat after such a tiring day. So happy we booked this instead of the buck inn across the road, we had a meal in there which was fine but the……

“We were a party of 10, getting together to celebrate the 60th birthday party of 2 family members. The house was beautiful, plenty of room for everyone, although to be honest we spend most of our time in the cosy but large kitchen and adjacent games room. Many period features allowed you to really experience how they used to love. Kirby Stephen high street was a stones throw away, making it convenient for local shops and pubs. Would highly recommend for a large family get together”
