The team were friendly and helpful we stayed in a very clean and well presented room (No 11) that had a beautiful bathroom. The onsite restaurant served really good quality food and the continental breakfast delivered to your room in a hamper was excellent would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room at the back, so no noise from the A66. Room very clean, well decorated , great shower, comfortable bed. Bar and restaurant very good We ate an evening meal, which was excellent. Continental breakfast was included, delivered to the room in a small hamper ,after completing a form the night before. Plenty of free parking. Would stay again.

A very convenient and dog friendly place to stay during our travels. A dog bed, treats, water bowl and poo bags were provided for our dogs, and although there was road noise from our road-facing room, it didn't prevent us from having a good night's sleep. The breakfast hamper in the morning was delicious and allowed us to leave when we liked. The use of the two rear fields to walk the dog was very handy. We also enjoyed our evening meal and appreciated the friendly staff. Would recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large spacious well equipped bedroom with all the amenities that you would need. Maybe could do with a coffee table to eat your breakfast hamper off and a hook on the back of the bathroom door A wonderful stay and very good value for money.

Stayed for three nights. Very comfy bed. Helpful staff. TV not working when arrived. New one ordered and fitted the next day!! Excellent food. Continental breakfast served in a hamper each morning. Dinner menu refreshingly different!!!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, staff were lovely and let us check in early as we had a wedding. The bed was comfortable, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Tea, kettle and biscuits provided and breakfast was delivered to our room at a time suitable to us. We would definitely recommend and will return in the future should we need too. Slightly noisy with being on the road but nothing can really be done to help that.

Very reasonable price, decent amount of parking, easy and quick road access to places like Richmond, the room and bathroom were a good size as well as clean, comfy and well equipped. The pub/restaurant itself had a nice, stylish but homey interior with really lovely staff and nice food. The only point to note is that the hotel is off the a66 so although it reduces a lot over night, there is road noise. However the double glazed windows help and for anyone more sensitive to noise, a good pair of foam ear plugs did the trick for me. I would stay again.
