Guest access
- You will have exclusive access to the entire condo unit with the exception of a single supply closet reserved for cleaning staff.
- Minimum age to book: 25 years old, due to HOA Rules.
Other things to note
****All three of these steps must be completed within 48 hours of booking.
1.- You will need to complete guest verification through Truvi Guest Verification, a third-party provider. This step is required to comply with short-term rental regulations and ensures added protection for both guests and the property. Truvi will provide you with a link via direct message, email, or text, depending on your contact information that is in your account to complete the verification.
2.- Additionally, you will be required to purchase a Damage Waiver for $35 via a third party provider, Truvi which will protect you in case of accidental damage of up to $500 during your stay.
3.- Finally, we require that a short term rental agreement be signed.
Additional rules
Make your stay a stress-free experience by following our house rules:
- Check-in time starts at 4PM and check-out time is 11AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests.
- Parties or events are not permitted on the property, and noise levels must be kept down after 10PM until 7AM to maintain a peaceful environment. Penalties may apply in the case of any damage or mess caused during your stay.
- To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes.
Please review the complete list of our house rules below. This will help avoid any misunderstandings.
HOUSE RULES & DETAILS
- The Building has exterior cameras for security purposes.
- The inside of the condo has smart home technology monitoring for smoking and excessive noise. This environment monitoring technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of smoke and noise-not any personal conversation or information.
- Possession and/or use of illegal drugs are not allowed.
- No smoking of any kind. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping and marijuana use. No smoking on the patio/porch.
- Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- We ask you not to wear shoes in the house; slippers are welcomed.
- No open flames or candles.
- No parties. If you have visitors, no more than 8 people are allowed at any time.
- Excessive noise is not allowed. You will be allowed one warning for excessive noise before the noise rule is violated.
- Please be respectful of the property, furniture, and contents of the space, as if it was yours. This is our vacation home that we love to share with others.
- Damages must be reported prior to checkout.
- Garbage can not be left in the hallway outside of the main door. If you need to dispose of garbage bags during your stay there is garbage and recycling bins outside in the back parking lot closest to the house. You do NOT have to take out your garbage before you check out. If garbage is left outside the condo door in the hallway, any violations issued by the HOA will be passed on to the guest.
Check in time and check out time must be followed.
If a dog will be on vacation with you…
- Only 1 dog allowed. Under 40 lbs. Please confirm the dog will be attending. We would love a photo of your furry friend… because we love dogs!
- Please cover the couch or chairs where your dog will lay/lick it’s paws so it does not destroy the furniture.
- Dogs are not allowed on the bed to protect the mattress.
- Please don’t leave your Dog alone for too many hours. You know your dog. If they are a risk of making a mess when you are away, please check in regularly.
- You are responsible for any damages by you or your pet.
- Pet garbage or bags should not be left in the hallway outside the unit. There is a garbage bin located outside in the parking lot to throw away dog bags. If you are caught not picking up after your pet, any violations issued by the HOA will be passed on to the guest.
Violation of any of these rules will result in additional charges for repairs, cleaning, furniture replacement, or anything else needed, as determined by us, the owners of the property. You may be asked to leave and will not be refunded for any portion of your stay.
