I didn’t gave the 5 for rating, because there was no air conditioning and we stay in the 6th floor, it was difficult to have a good sleep because the temperature of the room was not good (hot). However, to be honest, we were only staying the weekend and I didn’t complain at the lobby, maybe they have available options like additional fans to help with this issue. The staff were very kind and service oriented, maybe they were able to help and I didn’t request it. All others, location and breakfast for example, super good. I still recommend it.

The place was nice! Had some trouble checking in but the girl that was working was very patient with my questions. Some appliances in the room did not work properly so that was a bit inconvenient but overall no issues with safety or anything either! Would recommend for first timers too

The hotel is clean and easy to navigate, the room we lived in was spacious and the layout was great. There is a very large mall nearby and ay least 4 grocery stores, it is close to both Metro and Tram stations. Overall a great value in a convenient locations.
