Quiet Bungalow in South West Reno.

  • This one bedroom one bath standalone house is in a very quiet neighborhood in southwest Reno. The backyard is fully fenced so feel free to bring your furry friends. Private parking for one vehicle adjacent to the house. Across the street
    you'll find a small park ideal for pets or kids. Only four miles or 11 minutes from the airport and three miles for six minutes from Interstate 80 access at West McCarran Blvd. If you're in the area for skiing you are 35 minutes away from
    Mount Rose, 50 minutes from Squaw Valley, and 65 minutes from South Lake Tahoe. If you're in Reno just relax or visit family the fenced backyard is ideal for our pets and comes equipped with a gas BBQ. I think you'll find this house the
    ideal location for a quiet getaway, yet close enough to all that Reno and the Truckee meadows has to offer. Guests often commit on how quiet the neighborhood is. Just pack your clothes as the house has is fully stocked.
    Events are allowed case by case.
    NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE THIS INCLUDED MARIJUANA.

    $40 Pet fee is for first pet. Second pet is $25 and third is $15

This unit is far from fancy, but it definitely served its purpose. It’s in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We were comfortable, and will probably stay here again in the future.

Great place

Bart was a great host. The house had everything listed and was perfect for us and dog. We especially loved the low profile entry and easy access to the backyard for our elderly dog. Location very safe.

Peaceful and relaxing. Clean bungalow with all the amenities needed. Sat outside a lot of the time on chairs we travel with listening to the leaves rustling in the trees surrounding the front. Two other bungalows had barbecues but ours didn’t which was disappointing as it was listed in the property description.

The location is centrally located - very close to a grocery store and just a short drive downtown. The place could do with a bit of a deeper clean but we didn’t spend much time hanging out so not a huge issue.

Comfortable cottage

We traveled to Reno for Hot August Nights. We needed a place to stay where we could safely park our classic car. This place has safe, off-street parking, just feet away from the front door! The cottage is comfortable and well-stocked. Thank you!

This is a very clean but spartan dwelling. The property is currently for sale and the owners are not fixing things like missing cabinet doors or molding around the apartment. Most wall hangings have been removed. Everything that needed to work did and all of the kitchen basics were present and in good condition. Bathroom towels were clean and soft, and extra supplies of things like toilet paper easily accessible.

Reno Davis Creek Trip

Although the bungalow is tired, it met all of the amenities we needed. We used to remodel so we can be picky, but the price was right, the dog yard was perfect, the AC was top notch, Bart was easy and quick to reach and respond. We will stay again and have friends who plan to contact you as well.It was so quiet in that neighborhood and easy to get the rest we needed. Centrally located for all of our trips out to see friends we were visiting with. Very dog friendly!!!!

Wonderful time

Bart was a great host who was very tolerant of our questions and very quick to respond. He even made sure to get the trash out every week! At other rentals that was our responsibility but he took care of us. The place was a little smaller but just what we needed. The location was great for us as it was close to family that we were visiting and also close to hiking trails, great food and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Optimal for a trip where you don't spend time at the rental.

The rental is sandwiched along with others in a nice neighborhood, but not close to much of relevance. You won't often find yourself walking anywhere close by, this rental works best if you are only sleeping there. Amenities are not such that you are drawn to spending more than the minimal necessary time at it.
