"Overall, the hotel was very good. The spa area is fantastic, especially the outdoor pool and the saunas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. The only downsides for me were having to pay €12 per day for parking, the food at the spa bar, which could definitely be better, and an additional Energiekostenpauschale that was charged but not specified on Expedia. Other than that, everything was great."

Der check-in war unkompliziert, allerdings wurde uns gesagt, dass uns der Nachweis der Kurtaxe nachgereicht wird. Ist nie passiert und da es bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten Ermäßigung gibt, wenn man den Nachweis der Kurtaxe vorlegt, war das blöd. Wir hätten an der Rezeption nachfragen müssen, was schade ist. Die Pensionsbetreiber sind sehr zuvorkommend und man kann schon Vormittags einchecken und die Kurkarte abholen. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und auf Wünsche wie glutenfreie Broetchen wird gerne eingegangen. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder."
