Very clean, price was excellent, staff was very nice & friendly.... Only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars for the property & facility was the drain hole in the shower and the bathroom lights. Drain hole - no cover on the drain and if it was there I wouldn't have seen how old the plumbing was (or looked like it was). Lights - I turned on the two light switches inside the bathroom it turned on the fan & that red heat light thing (whatever that is called), no light. I thought to myself, "How can I take a shower in the dark?", and now I have to go potty in the dark! I decided to turn the light switch that turns on the light over the sink. Guess what? One of the two switches turned on the light it the bathroom. Who knew. (I almost made a fool of myself and had thought of calling the front desk to let them know their light was out...) A little note or placque directing you to the light switch would be helpful.

The room was excellent. Very spacious, clean, and with comfortable beds. Staff was outstanding. Very professional and courteous. Lovely setting in a beautiful mall. I would have given an Excellent rating, but we had a terrible time finding the hotel from within the mall, and once we did find it, we had to drive up to the fourth floor of the parking garage, call in from the gate in the garage and then continue up to the fifth gaage floor where we unloaded our luggage and hauled it over to the elevator, up to the lobby, and then to our room. Super not intuitive, which is a shame, because it's a wonderful hotel. Oh, yeah, I forgot about the $100 pet fee and $20 parking. I don't know if it's because I went though Expedia instead of directly to the hotel, but I didn't know about that until I checked in. I would definitely stay there again, now that I know where it is and how it works. But probably not with my dog, although she was welcomed. There's not a good place to walk her except around the outdoor mall.
