At the front desk, Laura was more than helpful in getting us situated and feeling comfortable while visiting our son who is in university. We felt welcomed with the type of accommodating attention that is warming and kind. "The room was clean and the hotel was close to an outlet mall. The walk from the train station was not too far either. Too bad the breakfast was not included in the hotel fee."

"Overall the room was nicely sized, clean and comfortable for one adult and 2 kids. Only complaint I have is that no cleaning has been done, despite my request per hotel procedure - only got garbage emptied and new towels but no vacuum cleaning, no bathroom cleaning and no fresh beds. Very disappointed for a 8 nights stay. "

"Perfect location right next to the Reutlingen train station, and a short walk into town. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. For me, the co-working area in the lounge downstairs was really great as I was working remotely during my stay."
