A hotel this expensive should be able to provide hot water!
Building was very clean, but is apparently attached to a night club that reverberates through the building all night long, until around 3am. Good Luck Sleeping! A shame because the hotel itself is very nice.

Th expedia search I did was for "breakfast included". When we arrived we were told it was $22 per person per day.
I also booked the room 4 months in advance and requested 2 queen beds for myself and my adult daughter. When we arrived we had a King and a pull out couch.
The staff were very nice and gave us breakfasts for the wrong room, but neither of these things should have happened

This was a great option with the hotel on the college campus for convenience to visit with grandkids but also walking distance for great restaurants. Very clean, friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend it.

First to note, that you have to park a block away and there is no way to pull in to drop off your luggage so you will be hauling it quite a distance. Room was nice but the bathroom has a frosted door so if someone gets up in the night, the light will blast the other person awake. Bad design. The area is nice though with great proximity to the White House and the Hill!

"Absolutely one of the best meals ever. I am an avid cook and must commend the chef for the perfectly cooked trout, fluffy quinoa, FRESH steamed spinach appreciated and green been cooked to perfection, as well as the delicious lemon/butter sauce. Delicious!!!!"
