"I did not get my check in instructions ahead of time and was locked out on the first night. I had to pay 244 euros for a hotel. Neither summer day nor Expedia would refund me. Fraud as they blamed each other. The internet did not work in my room and the person who responded could only say “good luck”. Horrible place to stay. Would not recommend either summer day or Expedia. "

"Easy self check in and out. Clean place. Mostly very quick in responding via chat request. Would be good if there is a number to call (that is not for emergency) "

"This was my second time staying here, and I’m so glad I did. Room was comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette was enough for a basic meal. The breakfast is definitely the highlight. Well stocked with a great variety. Staff was super quick to restock and keep the breakfast area clean. The only downside is the limited parking in the basement garage. "
"We had a very comfortable stay in this two-bedroom apartment, which easily accommodated our group of five (three adults and two kids). The kitchen was well-equipped, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having coffee and tea provided—one less thing to worry about! The location was lovely: a quiet neighborhood close to shops, a bakery, and the city center, yet pleasantly removed from the hustle and bustle. Despite arriving very late, the self-check-in process was seamless thanks to the key box system. The host was responsive and efficient—communication was straightforward and helpful, even if a bit to-the-point. Having a washer and dryer (with supplies provided) was a huge plus, especially with young kids and unpredictable weather."
