Clean with good amenities and a v convenient location. 5 mins walk from the Old Harbour or the city centre.
It's not a hotel - they offer breakfast (for a supplement) but the room had a combo-oven, sink, crockery, cuttlery, chopping board and knife as well as the usual fridge. You're meant to look after - and wash up after - yourself and there are local supermarkets to do so if you want to save cash on restaurants in the most expensive city in Europe.
There's no reception; you follow notes like a treasure hunt. I did meet one member of staff and she was friendly.
My one complaint would be the loud maintenance work. All the banging, drilling and hammering directly overhead at 10 pm was not good. But they've done the work now so you won't have that.
