My fiancé was pregnant at the time and they went the extra mile to check ingredients and make off menu items. We had an issue with a leak in our bathroom one day, but were quickly relocated to a larger room."

Small things like lack of lift made an big impact. Also pool is away for bar area so you don't get anyone coming to offer drinks (its up a hill beside a different building). That being said I think if you ordered at the bar the helpful staff would bring it to you. It's also a little out of the way and the bus service is not great. Overall for the price and fantastic staff it's perfectly fine. Just go in with your eyes open."
