“Staff was very kind and no complaints with the room but could really use some cleaning in elevator and pool area, worked great for a couple be night stay”

“Everything was clean, comfortable, and staff were all extremely helpful. There was construction happening during our stay but I never heard anything. Parking lot spaces were limited however absolutely no problem parking on the grass at the side of the building as directed. Great place and would stay here again.”

“We stayed here to escape the touristy areas. Lititz is a great small historic town. The Inn was quaint. There are no elevators, so pack accordingly. The Inn has a restaurant and is attached to a really cool pub. We had a king room that was spacious and comfortable. The tub/shower was horrible. They need to remove it and replace with a modern shower for safety.”

“Pros: Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was good and helpful. Rooms were clean. Cons: it would be helpful to have couple of trash bins in room, warm breakfast was not good for who are vegetarians or who eats eggs or chicken. I wish they had fresh boiled eggs also they should have one or two microwaves in breakfast area. And some vegetarian breakfast.”

“Love that there’s a bar / restaurant on property, but the facility just feels old and not well maintained. One elevator was out of service for the entire time, and the remaining one felt like it’s on its last legs, very slow. Room cleaning - one room had prior guests food leftovers still in the fridge, and the other had the toilet seat up & toilet paper roll messy, as if someone had used it since it’d been cleaned.”
