“We were incredibly disappointed from start to finish. After a long day of travel, we checked in and found out that the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs and would be closed for our entire stay. In fact, it had been closed for some time, and they never mentioned it on their website or when we booked the room. Then, we got to our room only to find that we had no hot water. We informed the front desk and they said, "We're aware. It's everyone, not just you." They offered no timeline for……

“A Very old property which needs to be refurbished. The Bathroom caulking is black and falling out, some was already missing in our room. We stayed 3 nights. We asked for maid service to our room each morning and never received it. We had to walk to the office to get fresh towels. The complete experience was Poor at best.”

“The facility was very clean. Breakfast was VERY limited. The room was clean, but the curtains at the windows were shredded, and the towels and wash clothes were tattered.”

“I called several times to inform the hotel that I would be there for my reservation but I would be late check in and then my flight was delayed so I called again to confirm I would still be there but around 2 am and they assured me several times that it was ok. The date on my room got changed so they sold my room so when I got there at 2am I had no room or place to sleep had to book a room for the night somewhere else at 2am that was extremely frustrating and were rude to me. “Breakfast wasn’t bad. Front desk hardly staffed and phone rarely gets picked up. Stayed for 5-6 days requested room service twice didn’t get it either time. Wasn’t worth an effort to argue. Not bad for the price, but there’s a lot of homeless who sit behind the hotel all day long”

“Thank god I didn't book out 30 days...first night - the a/c was rattling, vibrating, not working (told 'Tom" up front...no resolution-I insisted on different room. Second night...folks- these mattresses are leftovers from marriot- IF you are in touch with your body (exclude most obese americans here) ...you will wake up in PAIN. YOU have been warned!”
