The staff went far beyond helpful beginning with making reservations for dinner. The Belman put us and most of our luggage on the lift then ran out of room. He then carried the rest up the stairs and met us with a smile. The service at the hotel bistro was equally excellent and friendly. The food was delicious A great one night visit, I wish it had been longer

Sebastian helped us get checked in and was very friendly and most efficient. He got our rooms sorted quickly and guided us to where we should park our car. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. All in all, a lovely stay.

Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. I felt safe there as a solo traveller and slept well! Plus it's close to helpful tram links and a 10min walk to the old town/bridge. Would recommend and stay again!
