5/5 Excellent

Loved it
It Was awesome! I had a wonderful time with my family and hope to visit again. It was beautiful, and unique.

5/5 Excellent

This place is awesome!!
It’s a little hard to find, but it is totally worth it!! Take the first driveway on the left when you pull in - trust me. The place is rustic - not in an old, dirty way - but in a comfortable & well loved way that makes one unafraid of using it. The beds were comfortable & clean. The WiFi was quick. The view is amazing. I have nothing bad to say about this place. We will definitely be back!!

4/5 Good

Perfect location
Location right on the river was amazing and beautiful. House was a bit tricky to find but we got there. Burn ban in effect so not able to use fireplace or outdoor fire pit but they both looked like they’d be nice. I might suggest more dish and laundry soap. Very little was provided for a 4 night stay and the lighting in the kitchen was bad. Comfortable beds and plenty of living room furniture for nighttime movies. We loved the hot tub and walking down to the river. We’d definitely come back!

Hunters lodging in the woods
Homespun, warm dwelling with everything needed for comfortable stay. Surrounding lot is deeply wooded; lovely but a bit dark. We appreciated that the venue was simple, not overly done or sophisticated.

3/5 Okay

Was an alright time but beautiful
I went to take my kids out of house because they have been locked in our home for days. Upon getting to the property we were happy with the house and the scene out back. After staying for a night we did use the hot tub to have a good time which was great, but I do think that the water needs to be changed it did have quite a smell but I am not sure if that has to do with the fact that it's in the woods. After getting out of the hot tub, I went to take a shower in the main bathroom and there was no kind of protection in the tub to keep you from slipping. I ended up slipping in the shower, hitting my head on the tub, and knocking out for a min I think that the should put either bars or some kind of anti slip mat on the floor in there to prevent this from happening again. Other than that, the scene was beautiful and my kids loved it.
