I never experienced that before and didn't know until after calling the front desk several times the Saturday of my stay and have no one pick up. When I came downstairs to tell them no one had cleaned my room, (this was 3pm), that's when I found out about this policy. The rugs, although looking clean, definitely need a deep cleaning because the bottoms of my white socks were filthy and I was only there two nights and only wore them before bed. No security cameras on 2nd floor i had someone at my door ay 10:30 knocking wrnt to look to see who would be out there and when i looked through the peep hole i saw a lady and a quick shadow and when i asked what they m needed whoever was bent over took there hand and covered the hole. I texted to the desk but no one came. Then when i went down this morning tto check out there were 3 other people there with complaints and rightly so. The beds were hard as rocks air conditioning was very poor. Somones dig popped all down the hall and my grandson stepped in it and went down and made them give him another room so they wouldn't have to smell it all night after he got himself cleaned up Breakfast was even bad. You need better people running that place and get a security guard for hoodness sake. The room was clean and comfortable enough but there was a lot of humidity and everything felt a little damp. Overall, the hotel feels neglected and a bit rundown.
