### Renovated apartment in Riga centre 

Very central and renovated apartment in Riga with Fireplace, 2 rooms max 2-3 guests (we recommend max 2 adults + 1 children). WiFi is free and unlimited.  
Shops and restaurants nearby, car parking spaces available on the street (after 20:00 and Sundays parking is free & EuroPark parking lot across the street on Stabu str. 42).  
  
Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom equiped with all necesary items (towels, bed linen, washing machine, oven / induction stove, tea amneties, french press for coffee / safe etc)  
  
The space  
Fireplace, fully equiped kitchen & great location are few things that describe this apartment. It is also freshly renovated in a good quality.  
Apartment is sunny, warm & quiet for a nice rest!  
  
Guest access  
Guests has entire apartment at their disposal  
  
Other things to note  
Please note that apartment is on the 4th floor, no elevator available.

We had such an amazing stay at Uldis’ property. He was able to upgrade us to a larger apartment he has so although we weren’t at this listing, Uldis was an amazing host. He responded to all messages so promptly and was very communicative. Would happily stay at any of his properties again!
