Great hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, spotless and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable - nice sheets and bedding. They have a nice breakfast buffet with a variety of baked goods, meats and fruits. The location is great for walking in the historical center and it is an easy walk to Teatro Massimo. I will definitely stay at Palazzo Brunaccini Hotel again.

The hotel has a great location, but bad management. The place is wrecked, everything is rusted and VERY old.
